	EarthCraft HouseT A locally developed non-profit green building program that promotes efficiency of construction to maximize your home's energy efficiency, quality of life, and resource efficiency.
	ENERGY STAR® A nationally recognized Federal program that reduces your energy bill and increases you property's value.
	A private-sector energy reduction program with guidelines based on the ENERGY STAR program. This program also provides homeowners with a guaranteed monthly energy bill for three years.
