Lisa McConnell CFO (Chief Financial Officer) |
Lisa McConnell is our resident CPA and bean counter, although in our industry she's really more of a beam counter. Lisa works very hard to make sure we have accurate reports and timely budget information - no small task when you consider every home is made up of over 300,000 pieces and parts and involves the labor of 30 vendors, 20 sub contractors and hundreds of hours of work. That's a lot of counting on your fingers.
Lisa also manages to act as our resident conflict resolution guru and has us humming along nicely as a great team.
Her secret skill (not so secret, though) is that she makes the most beautiful chocolate cake you have ever seen. Oh, and those outfits she wears - most of them are her own fabulous creations.

The McConnell Homes team has over 60 years' experience building custom homes and renovating existing ones. More importantly, our experience is specialized in customer service and managing the construction of custom homes. We can help you to manage both the challenges and the vision of building your home.
By utilizing in-house and vendor resources, the staff of McConnell Homes is uniquely qualified to create homes that suit the lifestyles of their owners. 'Custom' doesn't just mean you get to choose the color. 'Custom' means that your lifestyle, both current and future, and your tastes are built into your home. Homeowner input becomes reality.

Jon DeNourie Superintendent |
Jon began as an apprentice carpenter and framer in his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska. His ten years in the construction trade have taken him from apprenticeship to lead carpenter, to project manager and owner of his own remodeling company.
Jon has designed and installed high-end custom cabinets and worked extensively with CAD software. He brings to McConnell Homes a well-developed sense of how to translate client needs into a buildable and beautiful product.
Not many people know this about Jon: he has the ability to transform himself from a work-rumpled carpenter to a snazzy man about town with only a few moments' notice (at his wife's urging, but he can do it).
